We’re sorry to hear you have a warranty issue! We’ll be happy to help you with any issues you may have experienced with our products. A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims with a description of the issue.

If you are looking to make a claim on an order that you made through Amazon, please reach out to directly to their support team.

Mobilari Case

Mobilari Cases come with a one-year warranty per purchase. Within 1 year of purchase, we are happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. This warranty holds up regardless of the cause of the damage or issue. We just ask you to pay for the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

For example, if you purchased on December of 1, 2020, you would be able to make one (1) warranty claim from Dec 1, 2020, to Dec 1, 2022.

Mobilari Screen Protector

Mobilari Glass comes with a one-year warranty per purchase. Within a year of purchase, you are able to receive one (1) free replacement on your screen protector from any damage or issue. We can only offer a single replacement. Customer will be required to pay the shipping cost on the replacement item. Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

If anything looks odd about your Mobilari screen protector, please let us know BEFORE you remove the protective backing, it is very important. When after opening the box you notice anything out of order please send us a photo and we’d be happy to look into it. You can always reach out to us at support@mobilari.us or use the contact form available on our website.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once a Glass protector has been removed from the protective backing we can no longer offer a return for a refund or deem the product to be defective. Kindly keep this in mind.

We do not accept returns or refunds on used glass screen protectors.

For example, if you purchased on December 1st, 2020, you would be able to make one (1) warranty claim from Dec 1st, 2020, to Dec 19 2021.

Other Products

On all other products, if you have experienced an issue, please reach out to our support team and they will be happy to assist you further. A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims. In case of any doubts we always encourage You to contact us and we will be happy to provide assistance.

Accepting Replacements

Once the customer accepts a replacement of any item, they are no longer eligible for a return for refund or refund on the original order. If an item is damaged due to a drop then we can no longer offer a refund, only a replacement.

If you do not want to accept a replacement:

If a customer decides that they do not want a replacement, then Mobilari will only be able to provide store credit for the amount of the product only. Mentioned store credit can be used at mobilari.us online store.

We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc.

If you experience any issues with your items, this will not be counted towards your warranty policy.
